What is the minimum/maximum subscription age?

The minimum age to hire a vehicle with Hendy Go is 23 and the maximum age is 70.

Can I change my booking?

All booking amendments must be made via the Karzoom Team and may be subject to Terms and Conditions.

What do I need to apply for vehicle subscription?

You need a driving licence and credit card to apply for a subscription, but to receive the car, please bring the following documents with you:

  • - UK or EU Driving Licence

  • - Booking confirmation email - printed or on a phone

  • - Credit Card that you made the booking with

What is my mileage limit?

A total of 1,000 miles is included each rental month. When you make the booking, you may have the option to increase your monthly mileage allowance for an additional charge.
