I have a car on order, what happens to this and where do I collect it from?

We'll be making arrangements with you so that you can collect your car from the Honda dealership that is most convenient for you. However, if you have been dealing with a specific Sales Advisor who you would like to continue seeing up until the collection of your new car, arrangements can be made to facilitate this.

What's happening to the team at our old Honda Portsmouth dealership?

Some of the sales team will be relocating to Honda Eastleigh. The Sales Advisor who is currently helping you will be in touch to let you know where they will be moving to. Our service team, including our Technicians and Service Advisors, will relocate to our new Approved Honda Service Centre at our Portsmouth Car and Van Store site.

What happens to the warranty on my car?

Nothing will change. Whether it is a new Honda vehicle warranty or a Hendy used car warranty, we have you covered at any Hendy Honda service outlet. Please visit our dealership page to locate the most convenient service centre for you.


I have a service plan, where can I get my car serviced?

If you are local to the Portsmouth area, you'll be pleased to know that our Portsmouth Car and Van Store site will become an Authorised Honda Service Centre, meaning that you can now take your Honda vehicle there, where you will be met by the same service team you know and trust.

My vehicle is on finance, do I need to get my agreement amended?

No, you don't need to do anything with your agreement - it is between you and the finance company, and you should continue to make your monthly payments as normal.

I was planning on getting my car valued, how do I do that now?

Do we have to change where we have our vehicle serviced?
