Home assistance
Should you experience a breakdown within 0.25 miles of your home and we’re unable to get you back on the road, we’ll arrange for your vehicle to be taken to the nearest Honda dealer or an alternative location of your choice.
Roadside assistance
We’ll dispatch help to your location anywhere in the UK, and then our technicians will do what they can to get you back on the road.
Recovery assistance
If your vehicle can’t be repaired at the roadside, we’ll arrange transportation for you and up to four passengers to your destination (within the UK, provided all passengers are headed to the same place).
Message service
We’ll make sure a message reaches a family member or work colleague to make them aware of the situation.
The Honda Breakdown Assistance app provides swift and convenient access to the Honda Breakdown Service. Should you find yourself stranded on the roadside, this app will help us get to you as soon as possible.
