Like many other sales and customer service positions, a role in vehicle sales is all about understanding the needs of customers and recommending specific products or services that match their requirements. At Hendy, we will help you become a true brand and product specialist, so you can guide customers along their journey to discovering their perfect vehicle, whether new or used.
We are offering much more flexible working hours to include 5 day working patterns, part-time opportunities and a maximum 8-hour working day. As for hard selling techniques these are also a thing of the past. Customers are now highly informed, creating a need for more personalised conversations. As a result, the role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

At Hendy we are proud of the learning and development hub at Portsmouth. After creating our academy team in 2016, over the past 8 years we have successfully delivered workshops, coaching sessions, online learning and on the job experience.
