Lotus Roadside Assistance is here to provide you with support if you get stuck on a journey away from home.
Once you’ve manoeuvred your vehicle to a safe location, simply call Lotus Roadside Assistance and we’ll begin your recovery journey.
Your vehicle is covered with Roadside Assistance as soon as your vehicle has been registered. There is no limit to how many times you can use the service, and Roadside Assistance repairs don’t affect your warranty. Roadside Assistance is valid for the full warranty period of your vehicle.

Within 60 minutes to 2 hours
After you call Lotus Cars, they’ll come to help you. They’ll try and fix your car on the spot, but if they can’t, your car will be transported to an authorised Lotus repair centre.
For your convenience, they’ll organise a taxi or reimburse the costs of the taxi, public transport or plane ticket so you can continue your journey as expected.
Within 2–6 hours
If Lotus Cars can’t provide you with a taxi, another option aside from reorganised travel reimbursement is to provide you with a replacement vehicle so you can continue your journey.
Within 1 day
If needed, Lotus Cars will organise hotel accommodation for up to two nights.
Within 1–5 days
If your car has been sent to an authorised Lotus repair centre, your car will be repaired as quickly as possible.
If your car can’t be repaired within five business days, it will be transported back to your local Hendy Lotus dealer.
