Terms and Conditions for Hendy Moke Customer Survey

  1. Survey Completion Deadline
    The Hendy Moke customer survey must be completed by 15th December 2024 to be eligible for £100 Amazon Voucher. Surveys submitted after this date will not qualify.

  2. Eligibility for £500 Referral Prize

    • The £500 referral prize is available upon valid referral of a new customer who proceeds to purchase a new or used Moke vehicle from Hendy Moke Southampton before the 18th December 2025.

    • The referral prize will only be issued upon successful delivery of the vehicle to the referred customer.

    • The referral prize of £500 will be awarded to yourself and your referred friend or family member when they take purchase of their vehicle, regardless of the number of vehicles purchased.

  3. Referral Criteria

    • The referred customer must not be an existing customer of Hendy Moke.

    • The referral must include accurate and verifiable details of the referred customer. Hendy Moke reserves the right to validate referrals before issuing any prizes.

  4. Prize Issuance

    • The £500 referral prize will be issued via bank transfer or voucher, as determined by Hendy Moke, within 30 days of the referred customer taking delivery of their vehicle.

    • Hendy Moke is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate payment details provided by the referring customer.

  5. General Terms

    • By completing the survey, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    • Hendy Moke reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

    • Any disputes regarding the survey or referral prize will be resolved at the sole discretion of Hendy Moke.
