Suzuki voted number 1 car brand in 2019 customer satisfaction index

We were delighted to see that Suzuki has been voted the best car brand in the Institute of Customer Service's Index (UKCSI) for January 2019.With an impressive overall index score of 83, Suzuki GB achieved its best ranking ever since the inaugural customer satisfaction index in 2008. Out of 259 companies, Suzuki jumped from 44th to 15th place: the top spot for the 24 vehicle manufacturers measured.

The Institute of Customer Service's Index is a national barometer of sentiment across the UK. The Index surveyed 45,000 customers, asking them to rate their experience of 259 different companies across 13 sectors, including the motor industry. Suzuki achieved the top automotive score for customer trust: 8.6/10, and results also showed that the illustrious Japanese marque's customers were most likely to remain loyal, with a score of 8.5/10.

With its impressive model offering, from stylish city cars to rugged SUVs, all underpinned by state-of-the-art technology, reliable performance and intelligent safety features, it is no surprise to see Suzuki perform so well in this key customer satisfaction index.The average automotive index score was 78.9,placing Suzuki way ahead at 83.

Nobuo Suyama, Managing Director of Suzuki GB PLC, commented on the results, saying: "We are very proud of our achievement to have been recognised as the best car brand in the Index. Continuing to evolve the Suzuki customer experience has been a core focus during recent years, and the ongoing efforts have clearly paid off."

He also expressed his appreciation of the Suzuki dealer network in the UK, saying: "Without the support of our nationwide dealer network, and the hundreds of people that work tirelessly for the brand to deliver exceptional standards for customers week in, week out, we could not have delivered such a fantastic result.
