The promoters for this prize draw are Hendy Group Limited. No purchase necessary.

To enter the draw, entrants must test drive either the Nissan Juke Petrol or Nissan Juke Hybrid at one of our Nissan dealerships in Bournemouth, Salisbury or Southampton between 14th April 2023 and 15th May 2023.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Nissan GB. By entering this prize draw, you agree to a complete release of Nissan GB from any or all liability in connection with this prize draw.

By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Standard eligibility and conditions of test drive must be met in order to qualify for entry.

Entries close at 5:59pm on the 15th May 2023. The prize draw winner will be notified via e-mail by midnight on Friday 26th May 2023. If the prize remains unclaimed at midnight on the 2nd June 2023, Hendy Group will conduct a second chance draw on the 5th June 2023. Entrants must be 18 years or elder. The promoter's decision is final.

This prize draw is open to all UK residents, except employees of Hendy Group, Nissan GB and their affiliated companies, their families, and agencies.

The winner will be randomly selected by the promoter from entries received once the prize draw closes.

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure which may restrict or delay or failure of entry.

By entering, the winner agrees for Hendy Group to use their names and general location for publicity purposes, and to have their photograph taken on collection of the prize.

Hendy Group reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the prize draw (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
