Is it time to get your vehicle serviced at your local Hendy site? Simply bring along your vehicle, locking wheel nut, warranty book and V5C book (if applicable).
If you’re heading to one of our multi-franchise sites and are unsure which service desk to visit, don’t worry – our fantastic service advisors will be happy to help you in any way they can. Head to any service desk and one of our team will be on hand to welcome you and point you in the right direction.

You will be given a fixed appointment time, where you can wait in the dealership and enjoy complimentary refreshments, free wifi and a comfortable waiting area.
Drop off your vehicle between 7.30am and 10.30am and drive off in your loan vehicle. We’ll let you know when your vehicle is ready to be collected before 5.30pm. £24 fee applicable.

You will be assigned a dedicated service advisor for the duration of your visit. They will update you throughout your visit and inform you of any work required on your vehicle (no work will be carried out without your approval). You will be given a contact card with your service advisors’ details.
Park anywhere you like in our on-site parking – even if it’s a multi-franchise site. If there aren’t any spaces available, no problem! Find a suitable spot close to the dealership and let one of our friendly team know.
At Hendy, we have you covered! You can still get your vehicle fixed – simply pay the money back over time, interest-free. You’ll pay 25% of the total bill on the day via debit card with a further three interest-free payments taken by Payment Assist Direct over the next three months.

Your dedicated service advisor for your visit will contact you before 5.30pm and inform you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up.
Whilst this depends on the service you booked your vehicle in for any work that is required on your vehicle will not be carried out until you have been informed and approved the repairs.
